Illegal Billing - Re Roaming # 0834780278

Dear Peter,

I wrote to you about 6 weeks ago about the illegal billing of my MTN contract accountf the amount of roughly R12, 000. MTN has responded and agreed that they owed me the money but only refunded me of R2000.

MTN informed that the balance of the money I owed them because that was the outstanding amount of what I owed them? My question is how can I owe them money when the error was MTN, also they suspended the line not because of my error but through their fault.

They have givene me no choice but to pursue this matter the legal route.
