CLICKS made the error but handed ME over!

Clicks doesn't have the decency to contact a client before handing them over AFTER THEY MADE AN ERROR!
-I received an sms on 31/01/14 regarding an outstanding amount owed to Clicks pharmacy
-IT WAS THE 1st I HAD EVER HEARD OF THIS
-After contacting the number on the sms I was informed of an amount declined by medical aid on 12/11/2012
-2012!
-My contact details on the Clicks system have REMAINED THE SAME for 8-10 yrs
-Clicks pharmacy sees me weekly & SENDS POST ONCE A MONTH with NO MENTION of the owed amount
-FOR 1 YEAR & 3 MONTHS THEY DID NOTHING not 1 OUNCE OF EFFORT TO CONTACT ME
-I've been a faithful customer of Clicks for 8-10 years, they don't have the decency to pick up a phone & inform me of the amount outstanding. When I purchased from Clicks there's NEVER been ANY MENTION of an outstanding amount on my account
-Now I find out that they have handed me over, with NO PRIOR COMMUNICATION
-WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE?
-CLICKS MADE AN ERROR by giving me a product under false info that it had gone through on medical aid
-CLICKS MADE AN ERROR by not contacting me to inform me of THEIR mistake
-Instead of contacting me with a due apology, they contact me through lawyers
