The illegal taking of money off my account!!!

Since February I have been complying with my AOD and paying over R3000 per month. I received a call from Rowan last week indicating that actually I have been defaulting on payment all this time and my AOD actually doesn't cover the monthly contract only the amount owing... This after I have had ENDLESS from Legal to Customer Services AND an apology for putting me in ITC in error!!! So - I lost it and said I would pay this off in total. Friday I make an arrangement with Rowan that I will pay the AOD and current amount owing on the contract being R4150, the balance of R10 000 odd would be paid mid month but will all be sorted out by end September and from 30/9/2013 they would revert back to normal debit order... all was well and I paid the R4150 as agreed. To my absolute HORROR I find out tonight that they took - without my consent - another R13845.27 off my account AS WELL AS the R4150 I paid which is more than I even owed!!! Now I have debit orders being cancelled as a result and more costs and more bad credit issues all as a result of CELL C!!! I want this money back IMMEDIATELY or I WILL be taking legal action. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!
