New card not working with my Internet banking :(

As per your sms, I fetched my new "chip enabled" card from my branch. The helpdesk assistant said everything remains the same.

However, now I try accessing my Internet banking. My card number has changed. I can't gain access. I go to "new registration" and enter my new card number & ATM pin. It says I am already registered. Asks for card number & CSP pin. I entered the new card number and CSP. Everytime I get the same error: "The details you have entered are incorrect. Please re-enter and submit it again".

I can't register and I can't gain access. My CSP has always been the same. Please advise asap - I need to make urgent payments and this is very inconvenient.
