Repaired Phone came back with the same problem

Once again, i am deeply frustrated with the treatment i am receiving from MTN, my phone that has been in for repairs since december, just came back yesterrday. this morning i opened the box put in my sim, the same reason why i took it in for repairs it came back with the same problem with a New Sim Card, a sim card that works perfectly on another Iphone 4's. This is poor workmenship and poor service at its best. I have never dreamt of using another SP, been loyal for over 10 years using the same number for years and what i get is this appauling service. I have been months without my phone, and when i get it back, i am faced with the same problem why i took it in. Someone out there a manager who feels my frustration and would like to retain a customer HELP.I have called the HVRC Repair centre and i get no joy, if this doesnt help either i will rather walk-in to the HEADOFFICE to get assistance. All i asked is to get my OLD phone with the following IMEI # 012845006803492 and not this one 012960007864516 as this one doest work, i can keep my phone that freezes intermittently. I dont mind rather then this one that rejects every sim. Hope i will hear from you before end of day.
