Dreadful service!!!

Every time we book a movie voucher with ebucks, we experience problems. The call centre is never able to assist and there is never a manager available. We booked 2 tickets with ebucks. After several minutes we have not received our voucher number and contacted ebucks call centre. According to ebucks call centre agent. Pamela, I entered the wrong cell phone number twice and now have lost the voucher. I find it very weird that you can enter the exact "wrong" number twice and therefore asked for proof. According to Pamela this information is available on ebucks site. Nowhere on the ebucks site does it show what cell number was entered??? My computer saves the number in its memory so when you enter it again it will pop up and while I was typing this report you need to fill in your cell number and NO!!! 073 number popped up as Pamela claimed we did!!!
This is unethical and unacceptable, I paid cash in for this tickets and are very disappointed with ebucks!!! I will surely never recommend ebucks!
