On the 02 January 2013, I booked my phone in at Cell C south Gate for repairs since the screen was cracked, I was told it would take 21 days to repair the phone and because I have C-Cover I wouldn't pay anything. 21 days passed and I didn't get any feedback after 29 days I decided to call the call centre on 084140 because the 084 167 1443 number that I was given for repair centre was always busy. I finally got hold of them via the call centre and the consultant told me that my incident report was not submitted by the store, so I resubmitted it via email and after 5 days the lady called back and told me that Cell C was not going to pay for my repairs because I had used a different simcard in the phone. This policy was not clearlly explained to me when I bought the phone, I have been with Cell C for 4 years now and I must say I really disappointed in the services. I don't think its fair that I now Have to pay for the repairs from my own pocket, because your consultants did explain the terms and condition of the insurance to me. Could someone please get back to me in relation to this issue
