Incorrect cancellation of contract and billing

In Jun13 I requested one of my cell phone contracts to be moved over to prepaid once it expires in Jul13. Noted the number and expiry date on the letter and supplied reference number.
They disconnected the incorrect number (my bb) since Tuesday, 2 Jul 13. I called the call centre immediately. They said that it shows that I am on prepaid. So wrong number was migrated to prepaid. I have called many times since. Eventually said leave it on prepaid then as I was going to cancel contract once it expires in Aug and migrate to prepaid but no early cancellation fees to be charged as it was 8ta's fault. I have since bought prepaid loaded it. called call centre to sort out BIS and to date still no service. I am so frustrated and its costing ME a whole lot more because someone couldn't read an instruction properly. was initially told to wait 24hrs to be corrected, but why should I wait for this period if I was clearly not at fault. Someone FIX it NOW! I think 4 days is way over your 24 hrs waiting period! Go back and listen to my calls as I am NOT repeating myself again! Enough is enough! You already have extra money from me with the prepaid I bought, give me my service!
