Time for a upgrade again and just hassles

Two years ago when we needed to upgrade what a mission 1 st yes then no, then 1 phone instead of 2 then we said leave the upgrade and end when term ends, well they never ended and went on, we phoned them and then all of a sudden they upgraded us 2 months later, now we ask for upgrade they would have phoned back hmmmm Wednesday, and still no response, never have we missed a payment but always poor service, Phoned now the guy cant help me a lady on the phone just hold on then the call got cut, every single time a issue with this so can we upgrade yes or no, no great thank you end the rubbish and we will go to another network. respond by no later than 17:00 today, Friday 7 Feb.
