Airtime lost when changing my contract

With reference to several discussions I had with your call centre (for example, I talked with Calvin Williams on 3 June and with Koketzo later on this week):

I received a call on my cell 0761084556 from a sales agent whom asked whether I would be interested in upgrading my contract (I had a 315 talk contract and changed it to a R299 contract).

Never did anyone tell me that my accumulated airtime will fall away, otherwise I wouldn't have agreed to the contract. The CPA states that you must disclose all necessary information and if you don't do so, I can complain officially; however, I do not wish to follow that route and I would thus like to insist that I get refunded for the airtime of - R1400 lost in the process, or be changed back to my original contract with the airtime being available again. Please note that I have called your help line probably ten or more times and obtained request numbers 53-TPG3K-K9L4C and 53_TQM3j-jg1E2 - every time I waste my own funds to call. Thus, should you be able to finalise the refund immediately, I will appreciate it.
