First of all I upgraded from a 1mb line to a 2mb PREMIUM line led to believe that I would then not be abled to be throttled for high usage... turns out after 2 days of use i was throttled! Then in January I asked for the line to be downgraded back to my 1mb line as I was not happy with of the 2mb line. The first email I sent was on the 6th of January. Today is 7 February... NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!

Also my debit order in January went of 2 times. The 7th as well as the 18th... Since the second debit order I also have tried to get them to reverse the second debit order. It took me till today (07/02) to get any answer out of them regarding my debit order, and it was not that its being fixed. It was just to say sorry they can not refund me my 2nd debit order as it will cover February... even though ive been asking for a month now to be downgraded to the more affordable line. (R199) so now i would be paying R566 (price of the 2mb line) for the 1mb.

To tpo[ it all of they reduced the price of the 2mb line to R199 as advertised on their website yet i have to pay R599 how does that work??? "
