I reported a fault on my telephone lines (landline and internet) on the 8th of January 2014.
I have phoned Telkom Business fault division every working day for the past 6 days.
I have various reference numbers including an escalation number confirming these calls.
Today I was told the technicians are overloaded and there is still a 7 day waiting period.
My business is suffering terribly and we are losing income on a daily basis.
At a total loss now with Telkom.
