Refund of R800 Deposit - 4 months and counting

I have been waiting since 29 November 2013 for NEOTEL to return my R800 deposit. It is now 7 February 2014.

Having sent 5 emails, and counting, requesting the return of my deposit. The sales reps seem to have no communication with their accounts department.

In each of the emails their response has been to say that my query was forwarded to the accounts. I have been asked for my proof of payment three times. I have been asked to send through a proof of my identification as well. I have also made sure that my banking details were sent through in each request.

I find it amazing that they need all these details, since I had to fill out a lengthy form asking for all my details. These included: proof of banking account, proof of ID, proof of payments, proof of address. They should have ALL my details on record. Why should I have to send them again?

I find it unlikely that I will ever see my cash again.
