Can Cell C do something right for once. Am tired of writing to hello peter complaining abt em.
Cell c sent me an sms in Jan stating that they ll credit my account with R140. Twas R70X2 that they made me pay as they were busy trying to debit my account while i advised them to change payment method to cash. Today they sent me an sms stating that i have to pay that R70 again as they tried to debit my account and was unsuccesful.why they treat me like this. Why they being incompetent. Even if the agents perform the security check they stl ask me which bank i bank with, thats one question i shudnt b asked cos i advised them to change the payment method. I jus called the agent now she tells me that quiry ageing reflects that i am in R125 arreas. Hw come cos i am sposed to pay R110 this month cos cell c owes me R15. That the difference from that R140.
I am tired now. I dnt knw if cell c wants me to just end the contract wth them or what.
Threatning me with those sms frustrates me. Saying that my line will b suspended if i fail to pay.
And pls stop buzzzing me and then send me and sms stating tht i must call 140. And u then write on ur feedback that u tried calling and i ddnt pick up
