Hi

I am not impressed with the employees of the SABC, I went to a store to buy a TV and was told to contact SABC to update my payment and current residential address. I called the call centre number 011-330 9555 and asked the lady to pull my account to update details.
The way she was talking to me after I gave her my ID number is unacceptable, I dont know if she underestimated me or what. She put the phone on mute and I was holding for 25minutes trying to get someone to change my account details and send me a statement in order for me to pay my outstanding dues.
eventualy she cut the phone and I had to use my phone again at my own cost and call SABC for something that should have been corrected within 10min if had you employed competent staff. I was put through another unhelpful agent by the name of Helen who I suspect that she seats next to Kagiso, as she was laughing the hole time I wanted to get the other agent who dropped the phone on my ear. Helen put me through to someone else and the call again diverted back to her and she still insisted that she cannot help me update my account details, on the 3rd attempt she then all of sudden was able to assist me, after holding 40min
