Faceless Telkom - Bad Service!!

I have been without a working ADSL line for 3 days now! How am I suppose to run an online business with a supplier partner who does not care about its clients. I have logged the problem about 4 times now and every time some faceless character in that business close my service ticket indicating the problem has been resolved. Technology is meant to improve service, but the TELKOM fault reporting ticketing system is a nightmare? Nobody can give any conclusive answers on the progress of my query.

THIS IS BAD... Wish TELKOM had competition when it comes to fixed lines, perhaps they will catch a wake up... No wonder they are struggling in the mobile arena relative to their peers.

How can we build sustainable online business on the backbone of such poor service support. Yes problems do occur, but for heavens sake it should not take so long for someone to even communicate with me...
