Bad service, incorrect quote and wrong delivery

I called Nashua's upgrade department on 03/02/2014 and requested a upgrade from Simphiwe Mkhize, after the process going smoothly he assured my everything was in order with the following conditions, a WHITE Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, he assured me the payment will be R269 per month and a once off connection fee of R90. Luckily I requested an upgrades quote. On receipt of this quote it indicated a whole lot of errors, a BLACK Galaxy S4 Mini, R339 per month (Including BIS?) and a once off connection fee of R90. I called him back and after some attitude from his side, as if it was me that made the mistake he told me he'll correct it.
Delivery took place today and nothing has been corrected by Simphiwe, when phoning the call center he's always busy and no one else can for some reason assist me and puts me on hold with for an hour even after requesting to remove BIS, this still hasn't happened. But when payment needs to be made to Nashua the'll want it soon, without delay. This is very poor service, I'm shocked!!
