Over a week and still no response from TELKOM

Its been over a week since our house phone has been out of order. Telkom say theres a fault on the line since 30/01/14, but have refused to send anyone to fix the line. My parents are old and alone at home. I have siblings overseas that call regularly and myself am away from home and like to speak to my parents everyday. This kind of behavior from a national supplier though expected, is unacceptable. Every time I call in they say they will send a technician but no has come yet to check on the fault. I have over 20 reference numbers and almost 50 sms's. This kind of service in our country is disgraceful and its time someone put TELKOM in their place. They cannot be charging the rates that they do and give us the gutter kind services that they are out to us. We are paying customers and deserve better. We will not be paying for our line for the days that it has been out of order. They can take us to court we will win. We are citizens of this country and deserve good services. TelKOM should be ashamed of themselves disgraceful bunch of lazy, good-for-nothings that only our money. Only come on weekends or afterhours so they can claim over time!! Rubbishes!! Please help
