Good day, my parents land line has been out of order since the 5 December 2013. Two call were logged, the 1st being on the 9/12/13 with Isaac at 14:26 who informed my wife that a technician was appointed to the fault, the second call was logged on 13/12/13 with Thabang at 14:35 who informed my wife who logged the call that the issue will be dealt with urgently but until now we have not received any feedback regarding the fault.
This has been the second time our land line has been out of order and the response time took a week or more, the technician at the time informed my mother that the box was at fault.
The service is unacceptable, for a big company as big as Telkom we expected a better service, we understand that there are many call that has to be dealt with but we cannot be without a land line for so long especially with the festive season fast approaching, we stay in contact via the land line with family and friends. We have considered changing network providers as Telkom has been a problem on numerous occasions before the two I have mentioned.
I hope this problem can be resolved as quick as possible.
