VODACOM cancelled my contract without my knowledge

I have been dealing with Jacqui Carolus (Manager) and the 0821945 call centre team since Friday 31 January 2014 to establish why my contract for one of my numbers was cancelled. She ensured me it would be re-activated soonest, within 48 hours. Each day I call in, and have to explain the same story over and over.

If you don't know, you have inconvenienced me and my family drastically. My wife was stranded at the mall, as she was without contact due to VODACOM doing this nonsense. We have a 1 year only baby, and it important to have communication with your family while the other is still at work in case of emergencies. We do not have landlines, and we thought VODACOM was indeed the suitable choice.

Just activate my number already! Why am I paying for a service that I am not receiving!

I called Jacqui again this morning, 06 February 2014 at about 09:15, she promised she would called me back in a few minutes. Well, its been over 2 hours already!!
