WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

A loyal client with Nashua Mobile for over 10 yrs I am utterly appalled at the way I have been treated particularly related to the levels of service quality and the lack of delivery on promises made. In Nov 2013 I was targeted (by Nashua) via a mailed campaign which was offering me an opportunity to change my package to another package with more Benefits - via online. I made the change online and contacted their Contact Centre (Tebogo) to confirm that I had made the change online and confirm they had received my change. Tebogo confirmed that the switch would take place in Dec. Come Dec I noticed that the new package benefits are not available, I go to Nashua Clearwater (Johan) to enquire what happened - the switch was never activated and I would need to reapply! I then request the necessary call recordings to corroborate my story of the previous discussion with Tebogo - confirming my story I am then told that they will sort this out ASAP - backdating benefits / package is migrated in Jan 2014. The nightmare doesn't end -the service delivery promises made were not delivered again! The most incompetent Company I have every had the displeasure of contracting with!!
