Upgraded contract without consent

Cellphone number 0824874271 was upgraded by Chad Horizon dealer number 32800 an agent for vodacom. No one called E M P Mthombeni the account holder to confirm this upgrade which was done in 2011 August and no device was ever received. we called and inquired about this since 2012 and was always given the run around then we eventually stopped the debit orders in October now they blocked the number. we have been speaking to a lady call monic and some other people since November but they have been given us the run around saying they are waiting for their legal department to get back to us. we have now opend a case and we dont know wher to take the case number.
