Ive been waiting two weeks now for someone to contact me wrt to my line after the above consultant hung up on me. The conversation which I have on tape.

Instead my line was cancelled without notification and when i enquired nobody could tell me why or who authorised it. Now im still without internet and cannot get it reconnected!!
