Accounts has been paid manually.and now a month later so called part of it has been reversed. You can not reverse part of a payment. You people are incompetent and can not do a simple instruction. I want this fixed today stil!!! emails has also been send 3 months ago to change banking details this has not been done as yet. This is the reason debit orders are not going and then also the fact that I pay bank charges
