I bought a Samsung S4 on the 22 May 2014, 2 months later the phone was booked in for repairs as it was loosing network- the phone was taken in for repairs a month ago and came back on the 25 September 2013 only to find that the problem was not sorted- according to the comment the mother board was replaced- and if the phone was checked why was the problem not sorted. I was told that they have to take it back for repairs again to allied Mobile which is 8ta repairers. I am paying for the phone which i am not using and cannot get out of the contract as i will need to pay
