Friday afternoon around 17:30 pm, I lost my sim card. Figured it's a weekend it will be done on Monday. had the opportunity on Wednesday at 18':5pm I walked to a store near me and got sim called the call centre minutes within. As the turnaround time is 2- 24 hours the 1st agent seemed new and I had my patience with him, he was really taking the necessary precautions

The 2nd agent we had a doped call the 3rd time aggravated and I got through to a nice lady who was helpful but couldn't do the sim swap as the system was saying my number had been recycled I explained that impossible as I worked for MTN for 5 years she continued to try but failed.
