I recently lost my sim card as I use it mostly for financial services cell phone banking and for a number of things also I tried to contact MTN for a sim swap I called them like three times and they keep on asking questions like when last did I recharge on the sim card I didn't know I would loss the sim card so I cannot remember that after my third call I asked to speak to one of the managers to find out of there was a way that maybe he can be able to assist me as I need to use the sim card urgently Luleka Mntonintshi the consultant I was speaking to told me that Frank Phiri is saying my query is not important enough for him to stop what he was doing and come to the phone to assist me I was shocked I also work in a customer service environment so I know that each and every query is important no matter how big or small if this is the kind of service I'm going to experience from MTN I would rather that my business elsewhere I've been an MTN client ever since I had my first phone in 2005 so I don't expect to be treated in a such a manner.
