Did I really get what you promised?!

I find it so surprising that when checking the specs for a Sony Xperia Z the specs advises: Water and Dust resistant (water resistant up to 1 meter and 30 minutes) and my favorite part as shatterproof and scratch resistant glass. And yet, I have the problem that my screen of my phone is so shattered, that it refuses to work, that when I sent it in for repairs, it was returned untouched as water damage. And I wonder, just wonder how it is, that this is when its advertised as above!!! I am calling serious BS if I can't get my phone fixed under my cell phone contract warranty because of water damage!!! Where they won't look at my phone because they going by color coded indicators on the phone. If you are going to advertise something, let's start by making sure that what you are actually advertising is true!!! Please take this to your so called brilliant engineers who are so innovative in providing first and quality and explain to them there first and quality seems to be incompetent and pointless because all the reasons as a consumer the phone is taken mostly is the reason that we can't get our phones fixed. Maybe its the cell service.
