ALL INCOMING AND OUTGOING LINES HAVE BEEN OFF FOR 3 DAYS. AVERAGE WAITING TIME FOR REPORTING A FAULT OR FOLLOWING UP ON CALL LOGGED IS 30 MINUTES JUST TO BE INFORMED THAT ONE CANNOT ESCALATE AND MUST WAIT FOR FEEDBACK. WE ARE A BUSINESS THAT IS INTERNET BASED AND MAJOR CUSTOMERS ARE THREATENING WITH CANCELLATION OF CONTRACTS.

THE AREA MANAGER'S LAND LINE IS NOT ANSWERED AND HE DOESN'T BOTHER TO RESPOND TO MESSAGES.

THE SALES LINE IS ANSWERED WITHIN SECONDS BUT GETTING SERVICE IS ANOTHER STORY.

WE ARE ALSO STILL WAITING FOR A 3G CARD AND INSTALLATION OF 2 LINES - TRULY PATHETIC
