No help recieved, Just a bad attitude

My husband was mugged today, they took everything of his.
When he managed to get in touch with Vodacom to block his phone, the lady on the other end refused to help him, kept telling him that he should have all the details on hand, specific numbers etc etc.
Never mind the fact that my husband is in a different city for business, just been attacked, he needs to know these things off hand you know.
Shocking service recieved, i truly cannot wait for our contracts to expire so we can take our business elsewhere!
