Worst service eve

I took my Blackberry to Vodacom repairs in Century City, where I was told to wait 15 working days. I had to contact them after a while only to find out my device was ready to be collected but no one contacted me to inform me about that. After the the device was collected I found out that the new phone they gave me was also faulty so I took it to them the following day, again I have to wait for them another 15 working days to get another phone and they don't even do you the courtesy of giving you another phone while they are "fixing" yours. This is ludacris, the service I have ever received in my life.
