Unnacceptable response to complaint

I wrote a complaint on Friday, 17 May, and received a call from a Cell C consultant on Monday 20 May. The caller advised me to take my phone into the nearest Cell C shop, where it would be sent away to Johannesburg for repairs. Upon requesting at the shop for a replacement phone while my phone was in for repairs (as other service providers do), I was told they rarely ever have replacement phones. This is completely unacceptable as I cannot possibly be without my phone for 2 to 3 weeks. No mention was made either to refund me for the last 3 months where I have been paying for a non-existent service and have had no response to my complaints! I was also told that Cell C has been upgrading in my area - well this upgrade is taking a very long time as I have had network problems since September 2011, and this has been throughout the whole of Port Elizabeth, not just my area! Cell C, will you please sort this complaint out as a matter of urgency, and refund me the last 3 payments I have made! Appalling lack of service!!
