I upgraded my mobile account to a bigger package. On the sale I made sure and asked the sales consultant whether I will be getting a double bill. He assured me this WILL not happen. If I had known I was getting a double bill I would not have done the upgrade. Needless to say I now have a double bill of R2500 at the end of this month which I most certainly cannot afford. I was sold the contract with incorrect or false information.
To top this off I went into the store to complain and the manager took my number to make inquiries. I informed him more than a week ago. Until now I have not received any communication from this manager of the store.By right I should go open a case to the board to make this contract NULL and Void as I took the word of the Sales Consultant.
