About 6 weeks ago, I upgraded my mobile contract, to a Samsung S4. with this contract 300mb comes std. this contract will only be affective from 31 Dec '13. I also added another 1gig data, for which I signed. On Tuesday I recieved my bill and my bill was R3104. I almost fainted, had I looked at why my bill was so high & realised that the additional 1gig data was never loaded on my phone. I phoned Nashua mobile customer services, asking them if my data was loaded and they informed me, that it was not. I went back to the Kimberley store explaining them of my situation, I was told that this 1 gig of data was never loaded and they loaded it only then. I am now sitting with a bill of R3104, because some consultant did not do his work. This is not fair and now I am suffering. Bottom line, if Nashua Mobile is not going to rectify their mistake or respond to my query, I will report this to the Consumer Protection Act, as this is totally unacceptable and we will deal with it in that manner.
