Having been a Platinum member for quite a while due to work travels, i was given upgrades yearly, and now that it dropped below that amount Vodacom puts an additional 2 years until my upgrade making it 3 years, and they are also completely unwilling to explore options to split payments between business and private accounts to make MY life a little easier.
Customer service is non existant!
