Some one asked me to recharge their account and I only found out that the account was no longer in use after recharging the account after that I contacted the call center in hope that they will help me transfer the amount to the correct account or in to my account, only to be told that Vodacom will not help me with that because I confirm the account I was recharging but I did not recharge a wrong account where it would have been a case where by someone had already used the funds. and my question remain what does Vodacom want's to do with the recharged account the is no longer in use if they refuse to transfer to the correct account? isn't this day lite? Vodacom all I want is the money back and that shouldn't to difficult to do
