Its fine to join Neotel but when you disconnect

This is the feedback i got back from Tshepiso Makhafola... in my last attempt to get clarity on this whole sordid affair..verbatim people...

? In August 2011, you requested termination, but only one number was terminated, as you did not agree to pay termination fee for a NeoFlex Data service.

? NeoFlex Data was terminate in February 2012, but was used until November 2011

? Credit note of R 1995 was passed on your account. This is service fee of R 399 (December 2011 - February 2012), Termination fee, and device fee of R 100

? Your last payment was on 1st October 2012, for September invoice.

? The balance is currently R 1344.17

I am not aware of any other resolution, except for the credit note that was passed in 2012.

point 1 ..I asked for termination... you terminate and give me the outstanding balance... not keep my account running... whilst i am using another service provider...
point 2... how can neoflex data be terminated in February 2012 but used until November 2011...???
point 3... if you can show me that you passed credit of R1995 into my bank account... i will profusely apologize and pay all
