Poor service and non delivery

I would like my new line to be transferred from Nashua Mobile to Cell C so that they can give me the data that I would like on my line. I would also like to cancel my other three iPhone orders because of a number of issues. I have emailed the salesperson and I have no response. I spent time with the call centre yesterday and they were unable to give me the data I paid for or the corporate discount I am due.

I have a long email of issues that I would like to send to someone to investigate. The bottom line is I do not want to be a customer of Nashua Mobile and I would like my new line to be transferred directly to Cell C so that I can get a data bundle and then pay 15c out of bundle thereafter.

I ordered my wife's phone the same time as mine and I received mine on the 28th Jan, and hers has never arrived. So she has no further contract with Vodacom, and no replacement contract due to non-delivery.
