Even complaining of Hello peter does not help

Yesterday my sons screen turned green on his new Samsung Galaxy S4, we phoned head office who refers us to any 8ta store with the "phone" on arriving at you Key West Branch we were told they require the signed "delivery note" from the Courier company. Nobody tells you to keep the 'delivery note from the couriers. Samsung offers at 24 month warranty. Telkom refuses to make good on this promise because they cant prove that it is the same phone they supplied. Really, dont you guys keep the imei no. Yesterday after my wife complained on "Hello Peter, they responded with an email no problem just take this print-out I have emailed you. Again, on doing this they inform us that it is the printout on the incorrect cell no, they it on my wifes cell and not my sons. So four calls later to your 8ta head office, I have now been told to contact all the courier companies on the Westrand and see if they can help me with a copy I require. Somebody please please please supply me with the correct printout they require with the imei no ect on 081 480 7078. It is now 2h00 and I have do nothing else but contact 8ta all day... with absolutely no help...
