In August my son upgraded his contract and received his new galaxy samsung s4. This morning his screen went green. I phoned head office (as samsung gives a 24 month warranty) who advised that I must just take the phone into any of there branches. On arriving at the Key West branch I was informed that they require a "delivery note from the courier" or else they cannot help me. i mean really, wont it be quicker just to see when the contract started. Surely this is quicker than me climbing into my car and going all the way home to look for a "deliver note" that i probably did not keep. Who I ask you keeps the courier company's delivery note. I think telkom is once again just trying not to make good on samsung promise. Beside the fact that the samsung s4 has not even been launched a year ago they can see when the contract was started and the phone issued. i am so fed up with telkom, Telkom's behaviour infuriates there customers unnecessary, cant they just do there jobs instead of the client having to it for them. You get no communication or service from a company who promises excellent communication and service.
