TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

PATHETIC SERVICE!!! Beginning of January the internet was not working. Called the call centre 3 times and was told I would be called back. Not once did they bother to call me back. I checked on the portal and it was saying I did not have an openweb package. I checked my bank statements and was not debited so clearly something went wrong. I called again to find out what is going on and again I got NO CALL BACK!! I happily moved over to afrihost but now in February Openweb has done a debit order. I have gone to the bank to reverse the transaction please never try debit me again! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Afrhost puts you guys to shame
