Your advertisements and marketing campaigns are creating expectations of excellent customer service yet the deliverables seem different. I called your call centre to find out if I can reverse a transaction on my cheque account pending authorization, the company in question debited my cheque account and my credit card, however they have requested me to send them a bank statement confirming the debit amount. I am unable to send them the statement as it wont reflect on my account as yet. My request to the Call Centre was if I can reverse the Transaction on my side, but I was transferred to 5 different departments holding on for more than 20 min, I eventually dropped the line. No one was willing to assist me>> your logo says HOW CAN WE HELP YOU>> but yet as i was proven wrong today with my terrible experience phoning your Call centre...
