3 weeks since i have handed in my phone blackberry 9790 with no communication from vodacom since 2 weeks ago and its the second time its going in for the same repair now vodacom has sent me a quote to the value of just over 2000 rand to repair water damage what rubbish. If they cant repair it let me know dont give me a story. First it was a software problem now water damage with the same problem. Pathetic service which is unacceptable for a giant company like vodacom.
