Still trying to resolve my issues!!!

When i signed my contract i was advised the my device is capable of doing something it's not! When i raised this with Norman Tshikovhele (the sales person's manager), I was advised that the sales person disagreed therefore i was lying!
I requested that the manager sets up a meeting with the myself, the sales rep and the manager. He advised me in a rude manner that he is not willing to do this and I am basically wasting his time going around in cirlces.
And yes, MTN just pushed me aside and didn't give a!
I now have to wait 2 years to get a device that has functionality that I originally requested!
I have often said that the MTN network is pretty good, but their service is appauling, espcially the attitude of staff like Norman.
