After long wait and no feedback - Got no ca

I have ordered the new Renault Clio 4 Expression in the colour red. James, the sales consultant, advised me the car will be delivered on the 27th of May 2013 (about 2 weeks after ordering and signed OTP) to the branch. I phoned on the 24th for an update as I have not had any feedback or call before that time and James advised that everything is on track and that I will have my car the next week. I Phoned again on the Monday 26th to find out if the truck with the vehicles arrived and I was advised that they are expecting the Truck at 6pm that evening. I then phone again the next day (27th) and they advised that the truck did not arrive and that they have no idea where it is and James advised me that the branch manager is busy phoning all the clients to update them on the status and I will receive a call that same day. I have not received any phone call from the manager neither the sales person. I then phoned on Wednesday afternoon to ask what is happening. James handed his phone to the branch manager who told me that the truck arrived but they dont have my car for me and the ones they received was for cash clients. This is unacceptable and bad service. I need my car I ordered by Fri
