Cell C
Phone suspended

I have a contract with Cell C and I am paying R50 every month, I made a payment yesterday morning and my line was suspended, I received sms that my account is in arrears with R128. I called Cell C customer service and I was told its a charge from Get it, when I call get it the consultant told me that the cancellation department is closed I must phone the following day which is today.

I called Get it I was helped by a lady called Brenda she make me hold for a while, getting back she told me that she was seeking advice from her supervisor who told her that he/she will call customer service to do a refund and reactivate my line but he/she does not know when. I am very angry with Get it cause I have cancelled their deal on the 3/10/13 and it appears on their system now I am carrying a phone that is not working and I have children and family what if something serious happened and I need to make a call. CAN SOME ONE FROM GET IT CALL ME NOW!!!
