After canceling the use of Neotel services which was on debit order, Neotel have done incorrect billing and left off 24 cents which was not paid. instead of actually running another debit order which they were in their right to do, they just ignore it, and then list me on ITC!!! without even attempting to contact me about 24 cents!!!
then you phone them and their system are always down or slow so they cant help you. this is totally unacceptable and I cant even use the word service as they are not even able to provide any service.
This is just typical of telecommunication service providers. no wonder this contry is in the state it is in!!
