No Feedback and No Response just

Since 10 December 2013 I requested our land line and ADSL to be moved to a new address. All I have received is SMS's giving dates for a "all day appointment" and no one pitches or contacts me. I have been to their office in Secunda and was told they could not help me until a technician comes back to them regarding my order. Another Sms another no show. Friday 31 January a Techinician phoned and said would phone today 3 February to make an appointment and still waiting. Telkom, you have No Client service, I have been paying since last year till now for a service I am unable to use, you do not come back and tell me what the problem is, no one can help me, not even your call centres. Who gets the money I pay for a service I do not receive? I think it is time that another company comes in and gives you a run for your money, because I would be the first one to join them. Very disapointed as it is costing a fortune to phone from a celphone trying to contact anyone in Telkom that can give an answere to why I am still waiting for a line or why I am still paying for a line I have no access to it. PLEASE ADVISE
