On 9/012014, I booked in my phone at MTN Store Centution for repairs to (1) lack of network (2) drain the battery sometimes when switched on. On 19/01/2014 I went back after receiving an sms that the phone is ready for collection. On arrival, there was a big stigger on the phone, "battery faulty". There was no service report and neither on their system. Jermaine who was assisting said he could feel that the battery is swolen. I was unhappy because this was not indicated when I booked in the phone until it was back from repairs. Again, the primary problem seem to have not been addressed. I rebooked the phone. On 20/01/2014, I phoned the "after sales call centre" and spoke with Lerato and Sarah (supervisor), both were not helpful, saying that they cannot take responsibility. She promised to send the contacts of the manager responsible through my email address and she never did. Todate I have not received my phone back or any communication from MTN except to remind me that my contract is about to expire.
