I logged a query with MTN January THE 9TH with regards to 3 phones coming back from repair centre about water damage, the last phone I took in for repairs was sony experiaZ "the so called water resistant". Took it and I received a same response as usual water damage" on their report it showed drops of water identified on the input socket. I received a response from MTN that technical repairs management team will be in contact soon. it's been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from MTN, however they still know how to deduct money from my account. I'm done with MTN as this will be the final contracts I take up with them..Now I can understand when people say MTN doesn't respect its customer or give them best service when it comes to contracts phone LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM, I WILL HONOUR MY PART OF THE CONTRACT, PAY FOR THE PHONE THAT IS NOT WORKING FOR NEXT 16 MONTHS. THAT WILL BE THE LAST CENT THEY RECIEVE FROM ME. AND WILL DEFINETLY TERMINATE THE SECOND CONTRACT I HAVE WITH THEM FOR POOR REPAIR SERVICE AND NOT EVEN TAKING THE EFFORT TO ENSURE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY WITH THIER UNPLEASANT SERVICE.
